Our Story

I owe this all to my husband, Brian.  Yes, I said it!  In 2020 the pandemic provided a unique opportunity for us.  Like most, we were both off work and decided to declutter our home.  We do a lot of gardening and preserving food and my husband was tired of our freezer and pantry being overloaded with fruits and vegetables from our gardening.  He began looking for better ways to preserve our food when he discovered freeze-drying.  Our original purpose was for our personal use.  Then he came across freeze-dried candy and said I think you should start a business.  A few years later, I had a dream and Brian was telling me to stop dragging my feet and make a decision about creating a business.  That’s when Sweet Decisions was created.

So here I am, Stacy Schindler, the proud owner of Sweet Decisions.  I am pretty certain you can figure out how I decided on the name.

At Sweet Decisions I use the freeze-drying process to enhance the flavors and bring the chewy candy to a light, airy texture that melts in your mouth.  I strive to make an excellent product that is fresh and irresistible. It’s about doing your best and challenging yourself to exceed the norm, putting in the long hours and dedication to making things great.

As we continue to grow, our focus remains on building a connection with our customers through the sweet experiences our products provide. Each treat we create is a testament to our dedication to quality, community, and the simple pleasure of indulgence. We are super excited about sharing our flavorful treats with those who crave something unique and unexpected.
