RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

RETURNS:

Sweet Decisions. LLC  does NOT accept returns on any edible products due to safety concerns. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order for a refund/exchange. Our Customer Service team must approve all refund requests.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your order arrives in mint condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasions, orders get damaged. Sweet Decisions, LLC offers a full replacement of products determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us "Damaged Package", you will need to provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your order can be canceled within 48 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped.  If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, it cannot be canceled by you or our Customer Service Department. Sweet Decisions, LLC is not responsible for refunding a customer for unwanted products after the product has been shipped.

PAYMENT, PRICING, & PROMOTION:

We accept the following forms of payment for online orders: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards, and PayPal. We do not accept checks, cash, or C.O.D. orders.

All prices and promotions are subject to change. Sweet Decisions, LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.  Promotions are subject to change without notification. Sweet Decisions, LLC does not need to publish the time the promotion will run, and reserves the right to cancel the promotion and special pricing at any time.

Sales Taxes will be collected for orders that ship to Pennsylvania, at the applicable state tax rates.
